Who collects your information

P6 Control Room is operated by The TrueTroop Consulting Ltd UK. Contact support@thetruetroop.com with questions about your information.

What the kit form collects

We collect your email address, your optional tips-and-offers choice, the wording and version of that choice, the kit requested, the request time, and where on this site you opened the form. Netlify hosts the site and securely stores requests and delivery records for us. We also save your email and action tags in our GoHighLevel account to manage the request and any follow-up you choose.

How we use it

We use your email to send your requested kit links through Resend and respond if you need help with them. The PDF and Excel downloads are also available immediately on screen after submission. You do not need to buy the course or agree to marketing to receive them. We record requests for each download link to understand which resource you selected. Our email providers may record delivery, opens and link clicks; these signals can be affected by email privacy tools. We cannot see whether you open, edit or use the downloaded files.

If you tick the optional checkbox, we may send P6 scheduling tips and course offers. You can withdraw this choice at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. A checklist request does not enroll you in the paid course.

Free Gatehouse course registration

The Gatehouse access form asks for your first name and email address. GoHighLevel uses them to update your contact record, grant the free Gatehouse course offer in ClientClub, and send a secure course-access email. If you came from a Meta lead form, using the same email helps us join the two requests. This free registration does not enrol you in the paid P6 Control Room cohort.

Course-access emails are needed to fulfil your request; promotional follow-ups are separate. ClientClub may ask you to set a password on your first sign-in. The secure sign-in link in its email expires after 24 hours; contact us if you need a new link. We record a Gatehouse registration tag and offer-access status in GoHighLevel so we can support you and measure registrations. We do not put your name or email in the page URL or optional browser advertising events.

Website measurement and advertising

Optional Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel tags stay off until you choose analytics or advertising in the privacy controls. If you consent, we use them to measure page visits, confirmed free-kit requests and checkout starts, understand campaign performance, and build remarketing or similar audiences. We do not put your email address in page URLs or browser analytics events.

If you choose analytics, our private P6 Control Room dashboard also records an anonymous session reference, page path, broad device type, campaign labels, referring website, country code, scroll milestones, video plays, FAQ opens, calls to action, confirmed kit requests and checkout starts. It does not store your name, email address, IP address, street address or anything you type into the page. Verified sales, value and currency come only from Stripe’s signed live payment notification and contain no buyer identity in this dashboard.

When you start Stripe checkout after consenting, the checkout link may carry campaign labels and a pseudonymous Google Analytics client reference. This lets a verified paid Stripe webhook report the real order ID, amount and currency instead of treating a thank-you-page visit as a purchase. Server-side purchase measurement only runs for live, paid P6 orders that began with the relevant consent signal. Meta may receive a one-way hash of the checkout email for purchase matching; the plain email is not sent in that event.

You can change or withdraw analytics and advertising consent at any time using the “Privacy choices” button. Withdrawal stops future optional browser events and removes the common Google and Meta cookies that this site can access. Google, Meta, Stripe and their service providers may process measurement data outside your country under their own safeguards.

Storage and your choices

We keep checklist requests while they are needed to manage downloads and any updates you have chosen to receive. Contact us to ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your information, or to stop marketing.

Your browser stores a flag to avoid showing the popup again during the same visit, a random analytics session reference when analytics is accepted, and a 90-day suppression timestamp after a successful request. These values contain no email address. Clearing browser storage resets them. Anonymous dashboard events are used for course-page performance reporting and are reviewed on rolling 7-, 30- and 90-day views.

After a successful request, a secure 30-day cookie associates clicks on the kit’s download links with your request. It contains a signed reference, not your email address. Clearing cookies removes this association. We use technical information such as IP addresses to operate the site and limit automated spam.

Service providers

Your request is stored in our Netlify and GoHighLevel accounts. Resend processes your email address and delivery records to send the kit links. GoHighLevel manages any optional follow-up emails. Service providers may process information outside your country.
